The dream begins with a teacher who believes
in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau,
sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called "truth."
We invite you to share your energy, enthusiasm and imagination,
knowledge, skill and talent by getting involved in our programs and
making a positive difference in children's lives in a very direct
and effective manner.
We are currently looking for volunteers for our 'Kalasthali' and
'Masti ki Paathshala' projects.
Volunteer now:
Volunteer to
Teach academic subjects (English, Maths, Science) music,
computers, sports, theatre in the schools or the Kalasthali
centre.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets and help us improve the
quality of education.
An Event at School � Competitions (painting, singing, debate,
recitation etc) Quizzes, Tournaments and Cultural programs in
schools or pick from the list of Special School Occassions. The
audience will be children and faculty of that school
An Event at Kalasthali � A notch higher, Kalasthali provides a
child to showcase his/her talent to the community. He reaches this
stage after a sustained training in the field he chooses. Here the
audience comprise of children d teachers of various schools, parents
and reputed community members
Awards and scholarships for excellence in academic and
extra-curricular activities.
Salary of a teacher for the activity centre eg. Computer
instructor, dance, music person etc.
Renovations required at the activity centre Kalasthali.
Educational aids suchlike slates, stationery items, crayon
pencils� paper, compasses, protractors furniture, computers,
photocopy machine etc. (Pl check with us on our wish list from time
before ordering supplies)

Donate
Funds to sustain our existing programs and include more schools to
reach out to more students. Donations to Search Years are exempt
from Income Tax under section 80g.
